Ramrod stiff in pipes and looks a little short. Overall this musket looks the part. Barrels on these guns are normally 39" long not 38". * I.C.R. normally denotes '1st Class Reserve'. Blade 6" and etched 'The United States Land of the Free and Home of the Brave protected by her Noble and Brave Volunteers'. American Eagle underneath 'Ready to Defend' '.....and nothing but wishes and to submit to nothing'. Etching faint in places. Nickel silver (?) & Mother of Pearl grips with early American Eagle relief. In its leather scabbard with a red scorpion carved in relief. Frog stud on nickel locket and chape. No scabbard. Worn. (2) £20 - £25 917 Knives: Kukris: 1) a good Kukri blade 12" with decorated horn grip. In leather scabbard with military belt loops & frog. Complete with the Karda & Chakmak small utility & sharpening knives. Good condition overall. 2) A similar Kukri with a bone grip & the two small knives. Scabbard very worn overall. (2) £30 - £35
