K. 700 Kampf Schwimmer HK Marine 1945’, stamped inside back ‘Brevetee, Rolex S.A., Geneve-Suisse, 31 Victoires Haute Precision, 3646, 260576’, on original orange leather strap, case diameter 45mm approx. (winds, hands adjust & working at time of cataloguing). These wristwatches were made for the divers of the German Navy. L. K. 700 otherwise known as LehrKommando 700 was the training camp for the German combat swimmers, situated on the island of Sylt. This watch has the initials ‘HK’ to the back.
