R.M. HMS Northumberland), Khedives Star 1882. Born Stilford, Warwickshire. Served as part of the Naval Brigade in the Crimea, discharged at his own request. Attested for the RMLI serving ashore and afloat, during the Egyptian War 1882 he was ashore as part of the Suez Canal Guard.
