Early 19th Century HMS Victory interest
treen carved lidded container, the
gadrooned carved top with conforming
carved base, the base with a plaque inset
stating Miss M E Eccles. Please accept this
little token from grandest vessel that ever
sailed H.M.S. Victory, poor Nelson was
shot & died on the ship, this is possibly a
descendant to Nelsons stepson Josiah
Nisbet, his Grandaughter was called
Eccles and wrote a book on Nelson, 7cm
high
