32 880 A good copy Victorian 1854 Pattern Infantry Officers Sword. Quill point blade 33", good wirebound fishskin grip, brass gothic guard with V.R Crown and cypher non folding guard. This is a good quality fighting sword in good condition. No scabbard £60 - £70 881 A pair of mid Victorian Constabulary Swords, curved spear pointed blades 23½", brass stirrup hilts, crossguards marked 'SCC' (Staffordshire County Council) in their brass mounted leather scabbards. Fishskin grips (one with minor loses). These swords were apparently used by Staffordshire Council for ceremonial purposes. One scabbard is marked S.C.C 271. The crossguard is marked SCC 371. It may be this Sword was originally for the Staffordshire County Constabulary. Interesting pair in worn but good cond. (2) £200 - £250 882 Air Gun Cane: a Victorian cased Air Cane, English c1884 steel skeleton shoulder stock section (19") Barrel 22" with simple front & rear sight. Button trigger with cocking key. A reservoir section 18". Steel & brass pump. All contained in a fitted walnut case. It appears to give the choice of a cane with a shoulder stock (reservoir in the butt section) as a rifle; or as a heavy walking stick. No makers name or marking apparent. Not tested. A stout box with suitcase handle & lock plus two heavy dirty retaining straps. No scabbard blade 17". (2) £30 - £35 895 Bayonets: 1) Czech: V224 with reverse cutting edge in its blued steel scabbard. Good condition overall. Some surface rust will clean. 2) a blade for a model 1874 French Gras made at Chatellerault Jan 1879 (No scabbard). (2) £20 - £25 896 Bayonets: 1) Spanish Model 1941 Knife bayonet. Bolo blade 9.75" with Crown & Cypher. In its steel scabbard (light surface rust). Chequered plastic grips. 2) Swedish all steel model 1896 Pattern. In its steel scabbard. Overall in good condition with some light surface rust. Both will clean up well. Blade 17.75" unfullered & unmarked. Brass hilt with German pattern short straight quillons. Crossguard stamped '383 M' side mounted spring retained by single screw. Iron button & pommel nut. Brass ribbed hilt. Pommel retains part inspection marks (?). No scabbard. Sold as Seen due to the many replicas on the market. Viewing recommended. 2) an 1856 Pattern Pioneer sword with sawback removed. No scabbard. Stirrup brass hilt, ribbed grip. Inspection mark to Ricasso. Blade 22.25" (Some edge nicks). Sold As Seen (2) £40 - £50 900 Bayonet: a P'07 by Wilkinson dated November 1917 & reinspected in 1923. Blade 17". In its steel mounted leather scabbard with round frog stud. Pommel marked '47'. Overall good condition (grips bruised with service use). Sold with a tourist copy of a military Kukri in its scabbard. Some surface rust to blade. (2) £30 - £35 901 Bayonet: a Swiss Model 1889 bayonet by Hackman & Co. Blade 30cms. In its fluted steel scabbard.
