1870. Barrel 9.5.". Bone grips. Belgian proof mark, no
makers name which makes this a Belgian Brevet revolver
after Julian Warnant. Action a little stiff, simple
engraving to frame. Bright finish with light pitting. With
its deactivation certificate. (Unusual new spec d/act,
cylinders completely filled) dated 1996.

in grip) blade pitted. Unmarked and a brass hilted sword,
blade stamped '1793'. Hole drilled through base of grip,

RAF - a pattern 1907 Bayonet for the SMLE Rifle,
pommel stamped "RAF" I - 9996" (this stamp was
applied in 1920 and refers to the 1st RAF Depot. Blade
17" marked to the ricasso "5.17" and "Chapman". In its
steel mounted leather scabbard. Overall a very good
example of a rare RAF item

Rare and interesting multi barrelled pinfire revolver. 6
barrels of 2" in length, approx calibre 30. Flinted
cylinders with acanthus type engraving. Frame engraved
with the name 'R.H. BATE' presumably the owner of the
pistol. Folding trigger chequered, bag shaped, walnut
grips. Sidegate loading. Lanyard ring missing. Action
works intermittently. Spurless hammer for double action
only. An attractive pinfire, pocket pistol circa 1855 -60,
most likely Belgian made. Trigger screw replaced. A
collectors lot.
