trade, these three pieces come from the wreck of the

Douro a 200 ton schooner wrecked on the Western

Rocks of Scilly on the 27th. January 1843, all with a

handle, outer edge double ring punched and central

walking male figure holding branch attached to rod over

his shoulder which is counter balanced by hanging pot,

makers marks on the base, with a note 'Capel St Mary'

together with a ditto but in white clay and no handle and

one further shard, possibly Greek?
