Commission Scroll, letters, etc. Bull was in charge of No

31 Native Field Hospital at Suakin and in a Special

notice sent by Brigadier Gen Egerton to the Adjutant

General in India he notes '-- on him fell the brunt of

dealing with the sick executively as it did on the Principal

Medical Officer Administratively. That not a single man

died of disease while the force was in the Sudan is, I

think, a higher testimonial to the efficiency of the

Medical Officers than any word of mine can be'. GVF
