Born Luton. Entered RNAS November 1914. As verified

by his service record, he served in Armoured Cras from

April 1915 till March 1916. Slightly Wounded in Action

about 5th Sept 1915 in the Dardanelles while a member

of 9th Armoured Car Section. With copied research.

Slightly later but officially impressed naming GVF (3)
