known working at Ipswich, Lewes and Oxford, if it is

half flat, rest NF

although irons used seem large and a little irregular, the
fabric of the coin is also somewhat brittle, the reverse
possibly reads:- +FOCA[ ]N.WACEA? possibly Watchet
Mint, moneyer not clear but J.J.N. gives FO- - - - on
p.166, Spink 1278, looks to be struck from rusty dies,
cracks and piece missing from edge, delicate but possibly
very rare, F
