baroness Sysonby, daughter of Colonel Edmund Hegan
Kennard, she married Lieut Col F E G Ponsonby, 1st
Baron Sysonby and had three children. She was also
known as Ria Kennard Ponsonby and published several
cook books. Served French Red X Canteen. Died 1955.
