1866 Sabre bayonet. This we believe is the Belgian
M1868 Tenssen Bayonet. Ricasso is stamped 'HI' &
'1869'. The cross guard 'R-4512'. Leaf spring retained by
a screw not rivet. Bayonet is cleaned bright overall.

secured by two bolts. In its plastic wood effect scabbard
with webbing frog attachment. The whole unmarked.
Possibly a commercial model? Good condition overall.
This may be the Dutch M4 made by Horster for the M1
carbine.

scabbard (For the AR-15 rifle). Plus a post WW2 U.S.

Trapdoor breech. Barrel dated '1868' (Conversion date).

London. Part octagonal, part round barrel, 17.25" with cannon muzzle. Brass
buttplate with acanthus decoration to tang. Blank brass escutcheon to wrist of
stock, brass trigger guard with acorn finial. Ornate brass sideplate (one screw
missing). Good walnut stock with professional repair to fore-end, minor wear.
Crossed sceptres and crown proof and inspection marks to barrel (pre 1813).
Lock with crisp action on 1st & 2nd cock.
