Helmet: A good WW2 Infantry steel helmet with liner

(good condition). Carries 8th Army logo to side (worn).

The whole in good original condition, with chinstrap.

Helmet: A model 1928 Dutch steel helmet with 3 tongue

inner liner and 6 tongue outer liner. Lion of Nassan

logo/badge to front of helmet. Helmet shows light wear

but is in good overall condition original liner and

Historically interesting RAF Air Commodores Jacket -

The Battle of Barking Creek. Belonging to group Captain

D F Lucking, sector controller of 11 group. 72 hours after

Britain declared war enemy aircraft were reported over

the Essex coast, Spitfires were scrambled and tragically

shot down two Hurricanes and one pilot was killed. The

RAF's first action of the war. Air Vice Marshall Keith

Park immediately sacked Lucking. Some research

included.

Guardian"; magazine of sea company 17th Middlesex

Battalion Home Guard. Sea Company were all

employees of the EMI music label and these magazines

are incredibly scarce. January - December 1941.

Imperial German Kriegsmarine sailors cap with S.M.S

Friedrich Karl cap tally, this ship was an armed cruiser

which was mined and sunk 17-11-1914. This cap is in

immaculate condition and is dated 7-14 inside the

sweatband. Also has owner initials label sewn inside,

probably left behind as a best dress hat and owner never

returned.
