Swords: 1895 Pattern Victorian Infantry Officers swords

in worn condition and without scabbards. Wirebound

grips good, One guard distorted one W/D marked and

dated April 1900 for Boer War - reinspected in 1910. The

other Oct 1900. A good clean will help them. (2)

Sword/Pistol: A scarce 18/19th century combination

hunting sword with a flintlock pistol attached to the blade

(22") which has a sawback top and spear point blade.

Brass hilt with clamshell guard. Pistol in working order

with trigger inside the guard. (The action cocks and fires

and is in good working order. Please don't cock and fire

it.). Grip made from deer antler. A lovely piece in very

good condition for age. Lacks its leather scabbard. A rare

piece of firearms curiosa.

Sword: A 1796 Type Pattern Officers Spadroon sword.

Standard blade 32" with Dieu et Mon Droit logo with

'GR' cypher. Vertical lined ivory hilt with bun pommel.

In its leather scabbard (lacks chape). Light rusting to

metal surfaces. A decent example of this Napoleonic

sword.

of blade with number '19121' VR Cypher to blade and

bowl. Good wire bound fishskin grip. In its leather field

A fine clean blade 32". Brass hilt, good wirebound

fishskin grip. Nicely etched blade. In its steel scabbard. A

fine example.

MOLE. Blade 35" with minor pitting and staining. Plain

triple bar hilt. Five rivet leather hilt (minor losses and

lifting) Heavy steel scabbard. Light medium pitting to

external metalwork) A decent example of this Crimean

War Cavalry sword.

Sword: An 1856 Pattern Artillery Pioneers sword.

Straight unfullered blade 22.5" with sawback. Ricasso

W/D marked and dated 1899. In excellent overall

condition. In its brass mounted leather scabbard. A good

example.

Sword: An 1895 (?) Pattern presentation sword of the

Dubai Police by Wilkinson sword. The sword in appears

unissued condition. Flawless blade 32" with Wilkinson

trademark. Fine wire bound fishskin grip, steel guard. In

its two ring steel scabbard. (Slight scruff mark). Sword in

factory new condition and of fine quality. A collectors lot.

Sword: An early 1796 type pattern sword with Spadroon

hilt. Broad fullered blade 32" with D/E Spear point.

Blade with 'J.J. Runkel Solingen' to top flat. George R.

Cypher to one side with Crown & 'HONI SOIT QUI

MALY PENSE' & 'DIEU ET MON DROIT' legends.

Stand of Arms & other decorations to the blade.

Vertically ribbed ivory (?) grip with cushion type (?)

pommel. Gilt brass mounted scabbard with the locket

engraved:- S. BRUNN' SWORD CUTLER TO HIS

ROYAL HIGHNESS THE PRINCE OF WALES NO

55 CHARING CROSS LONDON' Leather of scabbard

with wear and tear around 2/3rds down but no loss to

leather. Quillon & guard appear to be bent upwards but

not damaged. Diamond device between bars on the

guard. This is an early & desirable Napoleonic Wars

Spadroon. It is all there but needs some careful

restoration. Viewing highly recommended. A fine

untouched piece. A sleeper.

Sword: An interesting broadsword by Henry Wilkinson.

Blade 28" with 'Henry Wilkinson, Pall Mall, London' to

ricasso and the legend 'DEUS VULT' and 'Conclave

MCMXXI' (1921). Seems to commemorate a Templar

Conclave of the Crusader Knights in 1921. Sword has

bugle quillons and langets, polished turned wood grip

with disc pommel. A well made and interesting piece. No

scabbard.
