R.M.A. HMS Orion. Alexander Moir was born Strichen,
Aberdeen 29/11/1862 he joined the R.M.A. June 1880.
Serving aboard HMS Orion he was one of the 41 Officers
and men of a total of 208 men strong Naval Shore Party
at Tel-el-Kebir. Moir deserted 'Run' on the 06/06/1889
aged 27. Normal light pitting VF (2)
