School Egypt - qualified as a Pilot. Then served 60
Bombing Sqdn RAF at Risalpur, later 31st Army Co-op
Sqdn at Ambala. Rejoined Indian Army as Coy Officer
3/2nd Punjab Regt 1927. Capt 1930. Served Mohmand
Operations 1933, served NWF with Nowshera Brigade
1935. Commissioned F/Lieut RAF 1939. S/L 1944
W/Cmdr 1944, retired 1946. Medals - IGS GV with
bars Mohmand 1933 and NWF 1935, 1939-45 Star,
Atlantic Star, Italy Star, Defence & War Medals. WW2
