Rifle: A fine Webley MKIII .22 Cal Air rifle with original period telescopic sight
marked Webley 4x15. Rifle retains its original finish and is complete with Webley
rounded in butt. An outstanding collector's lot in factory new condition. Very
good working order with little if any use.

Sword: A Pattern 1856 Pioneer Sword with sawback blade in its brass mounted
leather scabbard. Locket marked 'mole'. Ricasso WD marked. Good, clean,
unfullered sawback blade 22.5". Top of scabbard throat marked 12.18.92 (Dec
1892) and 'M.4. Ex.2' (4th Militia Battalion The Essex Regiment No 2 Company)
A good sword with brass stirrup guard and ribbed hilt. Scabbard leather some
crazing.

Pistols: A cased pair of flintlock muff/pocket pistols by
Ryan and Watson circa 1790. Brass turnoff barrels 1
1/2". Ring neck cock. Plain slab sided, bag shaped
walnut grips. London proofs. Concealed triggers. In a
burr walnut case with small pistol flask, barrel key, pincer
mould and screwdriver (no key). Name "J McAVLAY" &
"98" scratched into the escutcheon.

marks. No markers name. Contained in their fitted case
with accessories as follows:- small cap tin, ebony handled
screw driver and a pincer mould. Pistols in good working
order.

off barrels. Acanthus scrolling to side panels, Liege proofs
to barrels 2 1/2" ebony bag shaped grips. Contained in a
fitted case in the continental style with accessories
including: Combined bullet mould & barrel key;
screwdriver; wooden cap tin: wooden flask. Both pistols
in GWO & condition. Contained in a custom built
ebony? case with brass escutcheon.

Pistols: A fine pair of percussion Muff pistols by Peacock
of Duke Street, London. Pistols date circa 1835.
Octagonal turn off barrels 1 1/2". Side panels etched
Peacock & London amongst acanthus scrolling. Bag
shaped walnut grips with fine chequering Read sliding
safety, concealed trigger. In its original fitted case with
accessories as follows: small fluted pistol flask, combined
barrel key & nipple wrench. An exquisite pair of
muff/pocket pistols.
