pocket pistol by BUNNEY of London. (Joseph Bunney
London & Birmingham). Turn off barrel 4". Bag shaped
walnut grips with fine wire silver inlay. Action signed
'BUNNEY' & 'LONDON' (possibly converted from
flintlock?). An attractive pistol in good condition for age.
Lock (a little stiff). In good working order. (Joseph
Bunney & Son 1766 to 1825).

Pistol: a good boxlock, flintlock cannon barrelled pistol
circa 1790. Breech engraved with scrolls and 'BUNNEY'
and 'LONDON'. Bag shaped walnut grips with fine
filigrees wirework. Crisp action fully working on 1st &
2nd cock. Turn off brass cannon barrel 2" with original
barrel key. This is a lovely 18th century pocket pistol of
good quality in GWO & condition. A collector's lot.
