leather scabbard, maker marked 'snake Solingen'.

German WW2 Nazi marked KAR 98K. Service Rifle.

This rifle is an interesting variation in that it is part of a

contract for the Portuguese Government. Due to a

shortage of rifles the majority were diverted to the

Wehrmach. This rifle has the standard German stock and

furniture not the Portuguese. Rifle in good working order

and condition and shows service use consistent with

Wehrmact not Portuguese use. With certificate of

deactivation. A good collectors variant.
