Barrel 21'', captive rammer (rammer link missing) Three
leaf folding sight. Lock marked Crown over ''VR'' at the
tail and ''1857 & Tower'' at proof/inspection mark.
Walnut stock with brass furniture. Crisp lock in good
working order. Repair to heel of butt stock. Non
regulation swivels.

Cutlass: A scarce French Model 1833 Naval Cutlass. All
steel construction polished s/edged curved blade 26.5".
Blade marked both sides with an Anchor motif. Address
to top of blade 'MFTURE IMPLE DU
KLINGENTHAL'. In its good, brass mounted leather
scabbard. Black painted steel bowl guard. Used in the
Crimean War and for the rest of the 19th century. An
excellent example of this iconic cutlass.
