Very interesting lot relating to the Whalley family
including 14966638 Pte B D Whalley RAF later 27th
Home Guard Bn Warwick, with many letters, Log Book,
Soldiers Service Book, and S Whalley both of Kings
Norton, Birmingham. There is also much original
ephemera relating to the family company Walley Patents
Limited. It appears they invented an item called the
"Whalley" Air Valve for the motor car. 1915 Star Trio to
