(1916), Defence Medal, War Medal, CSM GVI with
Palestine clasp (Sister U F C Henson P.M.RAF.N.S.).
Silver College of Nursing pin badge No 17665. The
British Journal of Nursing January 1944 lists her as being
awarded the ARRC 2nd class. Went to Egypt 30/5/1915
serving with 21st Gen Hospital, and on the Hospital Ship
"Goorkha". Joining the Princess Marys RAF Nursing
Service 27/12/1923. The Goorkha was mined in 1917
off Malta. Una Flora Clotilde Hensons group is very
scarce and possibly a unique combination. Lot includes
various badges, an engraved coin and attractive photo,
and a Jerusalem box (qty)
